What did Phil say about being really good at golf?: "you've either got to be really smart or really dumb"

Review your fundamentals. If you are crushing your irons, then your swing is definitely not in a bad spot.

It may be something as simple as alignment or ball position. I don't know how many times I've struggled for a few days only to realize that I was playing the driver from the middle of my stance instead of just inside the front foot.

Once you fix your driver, then your irons will go to shite...that's just how golf works!

Yep - was going to say something along these lines.

If you're hitting your irons well but spraying the shite out of your driver, it could be that you're trying to hit down on your driver like your irons instead of up like you're supposed to. That would be ball placement-induced.

Swing down the line. Clear hips and repeat if if that doesn't work. Easier to Work the ball back From a hook to straight than a slice to straight.

Probably shitty advice but when I was struggling with a snap hook (still do from time to time), I would try to induce a slice by taking the club way outside on the backswing. Put a tee in the ground about a foot behind the ball and then maybe an inch closer to you, make sure you get the clubhead outside of that tee on the backswing. Once I produced a fairly consistent slice, I'd slowly start tweaking my take away more inside until it was flying straight.

My miss is a snao hook. I have to constantly work on my grip. Been playing 25 years, still i spend more time on my grip than anything. Get the grip right and just swing away.

My guess is you're getting ahead of the ball at impact. You need to be behind the ball at impact and your hands need to swing a little to the left of your target thru impact.
Does your swing come from too far from the inside? I bet you block shots to the right when you don't hook them. Am I correct? Try this drill.
