Primitivo is a victim of location. In the middle of nowhere. Wouldn't be surprised when Toups South decides to pack up too.

GG's was probably somewhat rent related. For some reason they stopped selling alcohol too. Didn't get that.

Rosa Mescal could have been rent too. Their tacos were dry and they had to compete with Juan's for cheap tacos and a better place a block away with Mayas for everything else.
