What is this logo at the bottom of my screen?

This lock icon just showed up at the bottom of the screen. I googled and couldn't find anything, ran the antivirus and it came back clean. Any help?

The padlock usually means secure website though I've never seen it at the bottom.

Are you on your personal machine? Or are you using a work computer? If the latter, it could be some software installed by your employer.

It went away on its own. After some searching, the logo is the Lenovo account log in. When I clicked the start menu, that's the spot the logo was in. For some reason it just hung up and wouldn't go away after the menu was closed
