That's why I said it's a buildup. We're tired of it trickling into our everyday lives and this is just where most of us decided to draw the line. To many that line was drawn awhile ago. They were just waiting on everyone else to fight back too. I won't for one second deny that we are going overboard on this but that's sorta the point we're trying to make.

Only the people with Nielsen boxes give them ratings

I had to explain that to my mother and she still got mad that I just watched to see what Jerry Jones would do regarding the anthem

I have been a Nielsen family twice before. The power is awesome.

I don't see how Neilsen is that effective for ratings anymore since we have so many other streaming methods

I mean, you should cancel because it's too easy to stream for free. Why pay for it?

I am a semi-avid NFL football fan so I obviously have Sunday Ticket.( I say semi because I’m not one of those freaks that have to paint their bellies and attend all the home games.)
Obviously I’m not going to let five minute protests stop me from watching football all day Sunday. I’m not disciplined enough for that even if I tried. I’m thinking Direct TV is hoping the rest of the NFL ticket subscribers are the same.

That's been going on for 8 years?
This shite started when Bush fricked up(in the public eye) and Dems jumped in and convinced minorities that conservatives hate them.

So yes, about 8 years or so, give or take.

I think anyone who makes a video of them burning a jersey they already paid for is pretty fricking stupid.

uh, I burn a lot of things that I once paid for. What's your point?

And is buying a rick of wood, and then burning it, comical too?

I hope people do if it really makes them feel better but somehow I'm sure those same people would still find a way to bitch about something NfL related.

even though they supposedly "stopped watching"

There are enough black players (hispanic and non-hispanic) in the MLB for them to start kneeling as well. shite if a Canadian hockey player, in the whitest sport on the planet, is talking about kneeling do you really think no one in baseball is or would?
