Can't remember who suggested this, but thank you. Adjusted to it nicely although I added unsalted peanuts instead of blueberries. I had one of my vanilla flavored left and ate it. It felt like I put a spoonful of sugar in my mouth.

Honey is sugar. Sugar is carbs.
NOT KETO FRIENDLY

I don't add much honey. Topic came up because plain yogurt was suggested over flavored due to added sugar. My response was that the plain was so nasty I couldn't eat it. So, the suggestion was to add a teaspoon of honey and blueberries.

Yea that was me. Honey is natures sugar! I usually stick with 1 tsp and the body will digest that more efficiently than refined ingredients, as long as it's in moderation!
Glad it works for you.

Full fat plain greek yogurt (fage, kalona, etc) with berries (strawberries, blackberries and raspberries are lower sugar than blueberries, but a few berries don't contain a ton of sugar regardless) is the way to go.
btw, i feel the same way about non-greek (unstrained) plain yogurt. Greek is far superior taste and texture-wise.
why unsalted peanuts? the sodium scare is almost as absurd as the fat scare.
i would mix in flax/chia seeds and better nuts (almond, macadamia) and reduce peanuts.
My wife makes a killer all nut-seed granola. I'll find recipe. it's great on yogurt. sweetened with sugar alcohols (Swerve).
Don't need honey.

I've always hated salt. Used to only like it on fries, but don't eat those anymore. Never have added salt to anything, even when boiling crawfish.

Fage 2% with honey or raspberry preserves ??. Have it about 4 times a week for dessert

My favorite snack is plain greek yogurt, honey, peanut butter, and cinnamon

I am a salt fiend but used to avoid it thinking it was bad for me. Given the latest evidence that it isn't, for most people, I'm a happier man. And my BP has actually improved.
Actually though most brands of salted peanuts have other shite in them so in that case unsalted is better. Man I love peanuts, peanut butter and George Washington Carver.
