First time we were able to get out to eat in over a week. Went to Sam's Boat in Clear Lake, they were wide open with full menu and lots of beer. Had fried shrimp and Karbach Oktoberfest.

Grilled chicken thighs and Rabideaux's sausage, sauteed zucchini and squash.

Darla, where is that white queso located in Costco? I've heard it's good stuff.

Where the dips and spreads are, sort of across from the rotisserie chickens? On one of the aisles parallel to the specialty cheeses.

They were kind of rich & salty. You are welcome to have some. A whole plate of these would make anyone sick, I think.

This is about the third time I've tried to make nachos out of microwaved cheese. I used cheddar slices cut diagonally. They weren't very sturdy, but the taste was good.
