BIG3 improvements

Aside from better players, what changes would you make? Here's some of mine:
1. Shoot for ball to start - Do or Die
2. No free throws - maybe play 3 on 2 for a position. Maybe make possession worth double. I just don't like free throws in this format.
3. Replace 4 pt circles with 4 pt line.
Also do you think espn will ever cover this?

I just don't get how basketball is supposed to be entertaining with pro players and no transition game. That's where players' athletic ability really shines
