I switched to Verizon after the August flood and recently I've been hitting my data limit much faster than usual. When I had AT&T I'd usually? run out of 10GB with maybe a day left before it reset. Now I'm hitting 14GB with 7-10 days left. What gives? I upgraded from an S6 active to S7 when I made the switch but I doubt that's my problem. Is there something I can check or do I need to call Verizon and have them look into it?

First thing you should do is go into Settings>Data Usage and see which apps are using it.

Yep. Honestly examine your routine, think hard about it. Something is different. Don't even think about your phone. How has your life routine changed since then and then think about how that's changed your phone habits.

Make sure you don't have WiFi assist on and make sure Facebook videos are set to only play on WiFi as well.

Verizon is sneaky with data usage. My usage almost exponentially went up (no joke) after I got off of unlimited. It went from under 6 for as far back as they track immediately to 9, 14, and was on track to 20 IIRC. Nothing changed except me using WiFi a lot more often. Usage continued to go up. I called and complained, and magically it corrected itself
