Does Joe Alleva have any redeeming qualities?

• Gets punked by Miles on Arkansas headfake
• Leaves Miles twisting in the wind in November 2015, then doesn't have the balls to fire him like he should
• Gets punked by Herman/Fisher/Sexton in 2016
• Doesn't run a real search for college football and allows LSU brand to get damaged
• Every sentence out of his mouth in press conferences and interviews is banal and meaningless
• Basketball program by and large has been an abject failure under his watch
• Gets taken for a ride by Ed fricking Orgeron on contract terms
ETA: • Did an absolutely horrific job of managing the Duke Lacrosse scandal.

Yet he was on the NCAA Men's Basketball Committee for 5 years.

They needed to update the facilities, not add more seats that no body uses. You need to do more to keep fans at the stadium.
Plus, the football program was making hand over fist before him. All those tickets were sold before he even got interviewed for the job.

Check out LSU's schedule this year from 10/7 - 11/25. We got totally fricked having to go there this year. LSU has been getting bullied when it comes to SEC scheduling since he's been here.
