2012 Tundra horn

Horn has apparently gone out in my Tundra. Checked the fuse and it's still good. Can't hear any kind of click or switching when I push the steering wheel so I'm not sure if that means the relay has gone out or not. Google searches have also turned up that it could possibly be the clock spring/spiral cable. Judging by where the spiral cable is I'm assuming replacing that isn't exactly easy.
Anyone have any experience with anything like this or how I should proceed?

Does it have two horns, or a single hi-lo horn? If one, put power to it and see what happens. Should be in front of your transmission cooler
