Any surprises? I just recently bought a bottle of #6 Orin Swift Machete. I went back tonight and sold out.

How did a $14.00 bottle of Korbel (73) get on this list of great wines?

#49. Renieri makes a really nice Brunello. They have others that can be had for less than half the cost of the bottle listed and they're still great wines.

Is there a negative here? It's already a big brand.

Prisoner is highly overated...there's a wine for $38 called Scouts Honor 2014vintage that is the best value in all of the wine kingdom. Parker scored it 94Pts Made by Venge Cellars 75%Zin so its a big wine at 15.8% alcohol but pairs great with a juicy ole ribeye or filet

As with the hop trend in the beer world, I will be glad when the wine world pumps the breaks on the "big" movement a little.
