Beginning to look like Orgeron played LSU to get the job by promising the very best "OC" in football. Everyone watching g was led to believe it was Kiffen. Looks like there is no way it is Kiffen. Did Coach O make a promise without having a bird in a the hand. Coach O doesn't get the courtesy of 3-4 years to win. With no buyout in place, a whiff on an OC and an avg record, he and Alleva could be on the street at the end of next year unless something quickly turns around.

Chill out. The hires for OC and ST coaches won't happen until the bowl games are done. Surely there is more than one good OC in college football.

Stop melting. It's common sense that if Kiffin were to get a head coaching job that O would go to number two on his list.

I don't blame 0 at all, he saw an angle where he could make a play to secure a salary and position at LSU that he could not anywhere else in the country. If LSU actually fell for it, then that is on them.

the problem with your analysis is the phrase "everyone was LED to believe". it appears that many, if not most, are easily led. sheep.
since we are not privy to the full FACTS, I choose to believe (using my very own brain) that there were several OC choices. Alleva ain't dumb enough to buy into we will definitely get who we want. he just got burned on a coach search.
