Yeah man my L4-L5 is completely fubar'd and I have arthritis pretty bad... just regular pillow propping things this way and the right way helps, so I'm thinking I could use this with some success

I'm being for real honest about the turning over and cuddling it. Propping a pillow between knees works okay but hugging this bad boy(or girl) makes it easy and seamless to turn over a couple times a night. Helped me for sure.

My wife used it during both pregnancies. That thing is damn comfortable. I will use it once in a while if my back is bothering me
