Tigerbaitlawyer was dead on. It didn't come down to money. That's just the best cover story Alleva can offer. He screwed up the entire deal by leaking the news early. I expect the details will come out soon.
And Herman isn't the gem people think he is. I am a fan of his coaching but not his character. I think he fails at Texas. By year 3, he and the Texas boosters will be at each other's throats.

We were all so stupid to think Alleva firmed up a hire in September and Alleva was smart enough to engineer all kinds of smoke screen. In reality, it was just as it appeared, a complete shite show.
