Aranda has no HC experience at all at any level. Plus, his personality doesn't really fit into the HC role. Aranda is more of a football scientist type who would rather do research and calculation than talking.

That may be the most bull shite I've heard on here in a week. Aranda would of been the much better hire and he will be gone if not this year after next
