Have received 2 text messages in the last 24 hours saying a friend has uploaded pictures for me to view.Several friends of mine also received this. Do not clink the link if you get this. It's a scam.

I got the same text and the person they referred to was in my contacts, but I hadn't spoken to them in years.

I got that too, but knew it was a scam because I don't have any friends.

Yep. Same here. Friend in contact list but haven't heard from them in years. Very odd how some scammer got access to my contacts list

I got the same thing from the lady who does my home design work so I thought she was sending me an app to view pics. I downloaded the app and it's useless so I deleted it. Asked her about it and she told me she didn't send it.

Pretty sure the app shares your contact list. Guess that's how they got my number. A friend downloaded it and got my number that way.
