Any recommendations on places to stay or places to avoid? We are going with a group of 10-12 people.
Thanks.
Thanks.

We stayed at couples Negril for our honeymoon 10 years ago it was a blast. I'm sure it has changed substantially since then, but we just stayed at the resort and drink our faces off and boinked like rabbits. Which we could've done in the states for a fraction of the cost....
We did the Mayfield Falls tour, which at the time, was less touristy and more interactive than some of the other tourist traps where there are just people literally fricking everywhere, much unlike the photographs you see online.
We have been talking about going back but this time staying at the rock house hotel.
i'm curious to see the replies you get as I will be following this thread

Do Couples Swept Away. It's just past Couples Negril. Just came back from our honeymoon a while back. Place was great and had great food. Rooms were clean and updated. Stay in the Ocean Veranda or higher. Multiple bars and things to do. The whole time there we wished our friends were there to enjoy it but we made plenty of friends there and still talk to a couple from Houston.

We had our honeymoon at Sandals in Negril. We had a great time.

Hedonism II
Affliction T-shirt crowd
Fatties and Geriatrics
Plenty of local male talent
I'm zero for three on those criteria
tl/dr: Sounds much better than it is IRL

We stayed at Sunset at The Palms for our honeymoon. Too low key slow vibe for anything other than honeymoon IMO.
Met a group of people from NY that were like yall, just a group of friends and they stayed at RIU Palace. Itwas solid they always had big events and shite going on at the beach at night.
You will get hassled on the beach the first day or 2 to buy trinkets and shite, weed (obviously), coke, etc. The women will be asked if they want their hair braided.
After a few "No's" they remember you and just keep walking past. Yall being in a group like that should be enough to deter.

Couples Swept Away.
If my wife made the vacation plans we would go there every year. I defeinitely want to go back, but not before I've been to a few more places in the Carribean.

Couples Swept Away. Done. Same thing as LSUSkip with my wife, we'd go every year if up to her.
