I firmly believe that our off season conditioning is awful. Conditioning helps A LOT in injury prevention. Look at Brees... He's an elite athlete and playing at such a high level because he keeps in shape.

Which injury do you think was caused by poor conditioning?
Breaux - broken leg
Swann - concussions
Williams - concussion
Rankins - broken leg
Vaccaro - cheap shot
Snead - ankle sprain
Ellerbe - hurt in camp
Kikaha - ACL at the beginning of camp

Some of these injuries, perhaps most of them, could have been caused by fatigue. Which is directly related to conditioning.

Sure. I asked which ones. I don't think the broken legs, concussions, cheap shot, or ankle sprain were caused fatigue.
So then you get Ellerbe, who was hurt in camp
And Kikaha, who was hurt in OTAs.
I just don't see it

Maybe Kelemete's hamstring injury, but it's week 3. I think that has more to do with him being a backup that doesn't get the reps of a starter.
We just have terrible luck combined with Payton and Benson maintaining a feud with Goodell.
Someone find this asap.
