Here we go again. Flash flood warnings issued for NELA

At 7:17 p.m., the National Weather Service at Shreveport issued a flash flood warning for central Jackson and southern Ouachita parishes. The warning will remain in effect until 10:15 p.m.
According to the warning, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen and one to two additional inches are expected.
Shortly before 6 p.m., the National Weather Service at Jackson issued a flash flood warning in effect until 8 p.m. for West Carroll, Morehouse and northern East Carroll Parish.
According to the warning, radar indicated thunderstorms were producing heavy rain across the warning area. Three inches of rain had fallen as of the issue time and flash flooding is expected.
The alert states law enforcement reported water over Highway 17 in Pioneer. Numerous roads in the Bastrop and Morehouse Parish area were also reported as underwater. Additional rainfall amounts of one to three inches are possible in the warned area.
The NWS at Shreveport issued a flash flooding warning for Union, Lincoln and northern Ouachita Parish at 6:23 p.m. It will be in effect until 9:30 p.m.
Radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rains in these regions where the NWS reports up to two inches of rain have already fallen. According to the warning, flash flooding may already be occurring and an additional one to two inches of rain are possible in the warning area.
The warning states some locations that will experience flooding including Monroe, Ruston, Swartz, Farmerville, Bernice, Sterlington, Dubach, Marion and Downsville.

So tired of you dumbdicks every time rain is predicted. When we had hurricanes we didn't have these stupid threads. I guess it's been too long without an active hurricane season so that a thread has to pop up every week that there is a chance of rain. Get a life tools.
