Help with my team for first year fantasy player

We have a 12 team keeper league, standard roto scoring with 5x5. 162 game limit for positions, and 1500 inning max for all pitchers. Here is my team:
I follow baseball as a fan pretty religiously, but this is my first time for fantasy baseball. Any tips with the team I have?

I would probably bench Norris, start Davis at 1st, and move Harrison in the OF. I'd cut Cervelli and add someone else on from the wire. You need another starter and a OF'er. A little more speed wouldn't hurt either.

How does my pitching look? I feel great about Whip and Saves

Pitching is fine. You can always stream that 5th starter in.

I would pick up 2 more starting pitchers. Volume there is important. Pablo, Cervelli, and Boxberger are all very droppable.

I think it's risky because then you will be relying on heavy innings from mediocre pitching when you would probably be better suited playing matchups.

You don't have a lot of power on offense.
