I believe he would be a fit for LSU than most of the coaches yall are mentioning. Just make sure the buy out clause is rather large.

He'll be 62 next year. Not sure I want a guy who's near future includes retirement.

I know he doesn't have the box of toys he had at USC, but that's no excuse for how absolutely unwatchable the Titans offense has been this year.
I've heard in the past that he's got a prickly personality; combine that with his age, and I don;t think it's a good fit. Although it would be pretty awewsome to step into a recruits house and say "Carson Palmer, Matt Leinart, Reggie Bush."

one of the reasons he hasn't gotten a head coaching position is that supposedly he doesn't like to recruit.

Plus we'll have a minority coach and won't have to deal with that issue, isn't he chinese,japanese,tiawanese,hawiianese, or is he just plain mexican. It's a win win situation people.
