Is a PS Vita worth getting? If so, what are some decent/good games? I'm away from home a lot, just want something to kill time.

I love mine but it depends on what you want to play.
Someone will arrive soon to say get the 3ds instead because it is much better. They are both very different and offer different games so let's just get that out there.

If you like joy or happiness, get a vita. Games I recommend:
Persona 4
Minecraft
Sly cooper Collection
Freedom Wars
Wipeout
Killzone Mercenaries
And gardoki's favorite: Taco Master
Also, try to get your hands on an OLED instead of the slim model. Better screen, feels nicer in the hands, and the bitches flock to the #OLEDMasterRace

Last year was a fantastic year for Vita game wise. This year has the potential as well.

I love sports games mostly (I wish they had NCAA Football but I know that's not happening). I ended up getting a Vita with Uncharted, Batman, and downloaded Madden. So for, it's been worth it. Thanks for all the input guys.

If you like golf, there's a very fun golf game in Hot Shots Golf.
If you like baseball, they also make MLB The Show for it as well.
I hope you enjoy it! I would also say you should consider Killzone Mercenary, Unit 13, and Need for Speed: Most Wanted. There's also a lot of PS1 and PSP games available on the store digitally (there's on version of NCAA Football on it, I think it's 2009?).

I have need for Speed on both systems and it drives better on the vita. Killzone Mercenaries is better than Shadowfall.
