Place was jam packed, grilled cheese as good as ever. Gonna miss the frick out of this place.

Have plans to get my final meal there this weekend while I'm in town. Grilled cheese and an Anchor Steam or three to wash it down.

I really don't think they'll close. I think someone will take over the joint at the last minute. Maybe it's just wishful thinking, but they do too good over there to close.

You seen the blue tarp on the roof? Some issues are bigger than a solid customer base. No one in their right mind is going to sign a lease and invest with a landlord who won't do basic maintenance. Just won't happen.
Building owner either wants Chelsea's out because he has other plans or just plain doesn't give a crap. I have no idea which.

Went for lunch. Place was packed but service was beyond terrible. Table next to us waited over an hour and a half for two poboys and just left....
