He's the one who dynamited a good roster full of talented players in favor of no name guys who are "bought in," and he's left with Sam Bradford and Mark Sanchez at QB because he thought he'd get Mariota and had no backup plan. He's a freaking horror show as a personnel manager.
I'm no Jason Garrett fan, but this season is on Romo's injury and JJ having no backup plan at QB.

I've been a Kelly sunshine pumper but I think his moves this previous off-season did him in. I can understand not wanting McCoy back (even though he's PERFECT for the offense) but to get rid of all of his playmakers and still expect to win, just shows his arrogance. This isn't college where you just insert player here after one graduates.
I still think he should get one more season though....
