There's no difference between losing 4 games or 6

You're irrelevant either way. Getting a cookie at the end of the season with a shitty bowl game does not a season make. The last 4 years have been a cookie fest.

This is for the 'it could be worse' contingent. It can't get worse. This is worse people.

I haven't seen LSU get their @ss kicked 3 games in a row like that in a long long time. The games weren't close. People want to focus on the last 11 years, but they should focus on the last 7. Its the same team every damn year. Poor clock management, miscommunication, penalty ridden. With the talent LSU has my dog could go 8-4. The question is to those saying what if we get worse...... What if we get better?

I sat through the Dinardo years. That's when I went to LSU. It was bad but not this bad. We were losing but we were competitive. It was a tip of the ball their way, a goal line stop or a last minute drive that was beating us. Not utter domination by the other team.

This is worse than the 90s. I was there.

The sad thing is that I love Les, he's a great guy. But he's so stubborn, and its obvious. I've never seen a coach so set and unwilling to adapt to give his team the best chance to win. Prime example: The dude loves mobile qb's, but instead of the shotgun spread offense where you can utilize a mobile qb he uses the pro offense, where you need more of a pocket passer/game manager. It makes no sense at all.

Because there's no vision not strategy. It's based on this 4 yr old premise that you can out talent and overpower the other guy. Guess what? The game's changed. You need a strategy and a plan. He has neither.

spot on, LSU should not be losing 3+ games per year, with the talent in place, not to mention losing the way they have.

I agree

I would rather go a different direction.

LSU has the talent now that they never dreamed of having pre-Saban.. LSU is established and prime location for recruiting..

Even a bad hire is going to win at least as much the current trend.. 7-8 games.. on talent alone.

I would rather try for more than losing 3-5 games a season.. If we lose 6, oh well, it won't feel much different than the current.
