Has the level of the lake dropped recently to the point where you could see a car?

You know, this exact thing happened in the 80s somewhere around Central/ Zach area. A teen never came home from a night out, just "poof" into thin air. FF 10 years or so, a drought brings a pond level down and there's the roof of a car...and what's left of him behind the wheel.

No Google Earth for a head's up, doe.
