Well schools with high powered passing attacks have some of the most simple route trees. Chip Kelly's offense is extremely simple, its just high tempo and the QB has several options on each play (but those options are the same almost every play).
Its like the passing version of the triple option.

Same with schools like TCU, TTU, and Baylor.
