Is Lynch just coasting into retirement the rest of the year?

The way Lynch has been playing and acting seems to be like he is just being a turd? You hear Carrol say his injury is not that serious, yet he sits out of games. Now Monday, he is 50/50. We all know how Lynch can be, and I heard on the radio that he might retire at the end of the year (any truth)?
I guess, what does this mean for his fantasy value?
