Is anyone else following? I found it really funny that McGoober had to bring back his "protege" over other fighters who deserved it more.
Then, the Swedish guy talks a big game and loses in round one to a fairly one-dimensional BJJ fighter.
I do like the way McGoober had them training with "finding spots" for strikes. Interesting way to train, but to dismiss pads for striking is kind of silly.

Yeah I'm watching it.
I think he deserved to come back. It was 1-1 going into 3rd so I liked that move.
I like the idea to dismiss pads and practice safely. Looking forward to the next fight. It'll be a clinch brawl.
ETA: I think the fact that Faber has the picks can carry the USA team. Mma is a matchup sport most of the time.
