thanks for all the suggestions. Like I mentioned previously, the fish is fine as is, but it will be nice to have some ideas of how to switch things up occasionally.

My dad makes a salsa with mango, lime, onions, tomatoes and a little bit of avocado. Put that on any fish, and it's heavenly.
