The Men of Mayhem patch is given to a member who has shed blood in the interests of the club. A reference to the SOA term "Mister Mayhem" (Death). Known bearers of the Men of Mayhem patch include Jax Teller, Opie Winston, Juice Ortiz, Allesandro Montez, Rane Quinn, Orlin West, Clay Morrow, Herman Kozik and many other patched members seen in the show.

Not sure if "shedding blood" means killed or not.

I found something on his wiki page.

"?Jax has one of the highest kill counts of the entire series, with 38 direct murders as of Red Rose, 21 of which were named. In addition to several unnamed members of the gangs of Charming (Niners, Aryans, Lin Triad, Lobos Sonora cartel, etc.)."

I don't know how accurate that is though..

I'm thinking the "spoiler" might be fake and Sutter just trolling all of us. It doesn't list Henry Lin as a notable death for S7. That's a glaring omission for someone who's been around since the beginning.
