It's beyond childish to say "I don't like my boss", I'm going to quit without a comparable job with as much opportunity. In the real world, it's very common to have to work for/with assholes while you laugh all the way to the bank.

Seriously, can someone give a plausible example of something Mainieri might have done that would justify a kid leaving LSU with a starting opportunity staring him in the face?
