Anybody here own/researched O (Realty Income Corp.)?

Been checking this stock out recently. Work in commercial real estate and do a lot of work on the net lease type properties that this company owns (not specifically owned by them just the same type).
I know the company has some issues with share dilution and it is hindered by the 90% rule.. but I'm thinking it is a good long term buy to put some money in and reinvest the monthly dividends.
I know it isn't a stock to buy at $50 and hope it shoots up to $100.. But looking for anybody who owns or has looked into this stock.

I own some- when I bought it, it was for the monthly dividends. I researched the companies that they mostly leased to and thought it was a good steady stock with good dividends. That's far from an official analysis, but that's all I got
