My vehicle is a PITA as far as installation of a new receiver (adapter kits, etc) so I'm going to need to take it somewhere. Also, any recs on a 7" flat screen receiver? Thanks.

Mike's Car Audio has been around for a long time. They used to be on Florida Blvd. and moved to Airline Highway several years ago.

That's going to be a serious install. It takes a totally new center part of your dash to replace your A/C controls and door locks, etc. Do you have the Boston Acoustic system?

Oh, believe me, I know. I even tried to look into a newer OEM MyLink system but it eliminates the door lock button below the AC system so that's out (unless I relocate the door locks somewhere).

Yeah, I've got the Boston system.

What about the stock head unit do you not like? Is it the sound quality? I can give you some great recommendations on how to make that system sound great without touching the head unit.

Sound quality is fine. Just wanted to possibly install a touchscreen.

I usually do business with Sound Advice on Florida, they do a real good job.
