Serious pirate movie/documentary?

Has there ever been a good movie or documentary that is factual about pirates? Wouldn't mind learning more about them and how much they stole and what kinda ships they stole from, them getting executed, all that kinda stuff. Also, knowing we have a fairly rich pirate history in Louisiana, if that has ever been addressed in film?

Ice Pirates was a pretty serious and factually based pirate account.
