Just got a promotion to a different business unit with my company. My new role will require me to visit customers on their production floors as well as spot check out transload facilities. These places can be wet and or dirty. Need a durable, waterproof shoe that can stand up to those environments, but still look nice enough for business casual office settings. Maybe a quarter/ankle boot kind of thing? Whatcha got?

Try looking at Merrell, Timberland, and Rockport maybe? Sounds like a tough median to find.

Get boots with a vasque sole and goretex. They make for standing and walking all day easy.

I swear by Georgia Boots. Most comfortable boots I've ever owned. Eagle Lites look good enough for business casual and have either a steel or composite toe as well if you need that. If you can find an older pair that was made from Kangaroo leather still on the shelf, those are the Roth IRA of comfortable boots that's butter soft and look very good. Some dealers still have a pair or two around.

Thanks guys. The Keen's and JM have the type of things I was looking for. Red Wings are a little to "industrial" looking
