Where to look for a new job/career?

So I'm in a place right now that I enjoy for the most part, but my upper management is horrible at implementing processes and the blame turns to me in most cases. I've been with this company for about a year and really want to start looking elsewhere for a better opportunity to grow and make more money obviously. This job basically fell in my lap so I'm not up to date on the best strategy for finding new jobs. What is the best resource at the moment for finding quality jobs? Any advice for me? Thanks
