Any notable BBQ between Atlanta and Chattanooga?

I've had Poole's BBQ up in that area before. It was OK but I think it's more about an interesting character vs stellar bbq.

there are a couple in chatt that are ok, but nothing that i would recommend going out of your way to get.

That was kind of my impression from yelp and urbanspoon, but was hoping maybe someone here had some secrets. I think both are just outside of the prime bbq area.

Scott's Walk Up BBQ in Cartersville. Those that would say there is nothing between ATL and Choo Choo have not heard of Scott's.

I would recommend skipping BBQ and eating at Doug's Place in Emerson. You wont be disappointed.
