Yep. Plus, UK is a good squad that had a rough start in conference so far, they were hungry. Hopefully they can salvage one tomorrow before coming back home.

We were off to such a fantastic start, we were bound to come back to Earth at some point. Losing a series is tough, but it was on the road, to a ranked SEC team, in the cold and snow. It's not the end of the world, hopefully we can take one tomorrow and move on.

Every team no matter how good they are will had a few down days. As dominate as this team has been its not the worst thing in the world that they got kicked in the teeth and brought back down to earth.

yes, but weather has often neutralized a playing field. Maybe it did, maybe it didn't, but clearly this wasn't the best weekend for LSU in softball. That said, some real punk bitches in this thread, including the OP. They lost a series....might even get swept.......it happens......but it seems as if some of these young punks are happy. Frick em'.....these girls are good, and will be heard from this year. Cold weather can and does change player performance.

I agree cold weather has effects on warmer weather teams. No excuses. Uk has just played better.

Yeah, but the difference being that UK's players likely practiced in such conditions more often than LSU's players.

Even #2 Florida blew a 3-0 lead with 2 outs in the bottom of the 7th at Mississippi State to lose on a walk off homerun.
