Looking for a bookbag like strap

But without the bookbag. Dual shoulder. Something I can add a metal hook to it customize. Not sure of this exists.

I'm sure you could adapt a rifle sling to do just that. Go with light and not leather.

TAB Gear has the Biathlon Sling. Made for a gun, but you can order with HK style hooks or no fasteners and put whatever metal hook you want on it.
A "Simple" one with plastic buckles and no hooks is $65. A little expensive, but Tony Burkes is a good dude and I guarantee if you have any issues or questions he'll take care of them.
