Are we offering more than we have in the past or are we just announcing it more?

I know I don't follow recruiting as heavily as some of y'all but I do spend a helluva lot of time on TD and have for several years. It seems like we are offering someone new every day lately. I don't remember it being like this in years past.
So, are we offering more, announcing it more, or is TD reporting it more?
Or none of the above and I'm imagining things?

As recruiting and recruiting services get more popular, and with social media reporting everything instantly, I think its just a case of hearing about it more.

It does seem like we are jumping on OOS prospects sooner, which we should. It doesn't really matter that much long term if we yank an offer from an OOS guy as opposed to a LA prospect.
