I do not have the time or skill to replace the heater core in my F150. Anyone know of someone who is reliable in doing this and doesn't rape the old pocketbook?

Is it a solid or liquid core?

I have heard that you can just put a brick in where the old one was and it will work fine. Maybe you could try that?

It would be cheaper to move some where with no winter. You got to take the whole dash off to get to the heater core.
