Would Madonna's "Like a Virgin" make it on today's radio? (lyric wise)

This song came over the reataurant speakers last night and my eight-year-old was asking what that word meant.

We vaguely explained what it meant due to his age but was just curious if asong with this explicit of a title would make its way onto the airwaves nowadays with everybody being "offended" about various things.

Have you listened to any popular music lately?

That came out when I was in high school and sounds pretty tame now. It came out a few years before rap and grunge. When that twin beast of anger hit, music started getting much more rebellious and explicit.

Madonna cresting her absolute peak.

Good question, though - I don't think half the music of the 70's and 80's would pass the current morality meters.
