Company is offering through open enrollment but it's all employee paid

I've had it before at a previous job. It was 100 percent employee paid. I took it, mainly because I top out at the max benefit they offered for ST and LT disability, so, this would offer some additional benefits.

It saved us during my wife's breast cancer surgery and treatments. Great company easy to do business with fast pay.Highly recommend

They are solid on claims turnarounds and stuf . Also they , like most supp insurance have wellness benefits that essentially "discounts" your policy from sticker price
