Basketball Recruits

I was looking over ESPN's Top 100 for 2015 and noticed that there are 2 recruits from LA that are still undeclared. Brandon Sampson (#32 - SG) and Melvin Frazier (#87 - SF) both list LSU as a potential candidate. How realistic is it that we land either one of these guys?

LSU is very much in the hunt for Sampson, but LSU is not heavily recruiting Frazier at this time.

Frazier doesn't even have an offer.
Right now the coaches want:
4* SG (6'5, 214) Jaquan Lyle - Carryover from 2014 class
4* SG (6'4, 180) Brandon Sampson
5* SG (6'4, 170) Antonio Blakeney
3* PG (6'3, 170) Chad Lott
Plus a JUCO and foreign player are in the mix as well.
Right now the coaches want:
