yes. Its called the Medicaid gap. We're familiar with it. State governors, like ours, volunteered single mothers and everyone else who falls in it to suffer by turning down Medicaid expansion. Well done!

The Medicaid expansion would eventually leave the state on the hook for massive funding gaps. Our governor did the right thing.
Besides, there should be NO Medicaid. Medicare is one thing...people pay into a system their whole life...then then get the services previously paid for. Medicaid on the other hand is just another hand out from Masta Gubment to keep the slaves on the state plantation. The liberal Dimocrat guaranteed voting block!!

I don't recall any of this being negotiated with State Governors or any Republican for that matter? Can you link to it please?
