By far the best way I've found to add heat to my meals.
A buddy of mine turned me on to it while I was in Korea last year, and I've yet to find anything better.

Volcano Dust 3.
2 is great also, but three is a better deal.
I also use the garlic and onion seasoning, which is great on pizza.
