"so many carbs" is a relative term. A lot to you might not be much to another person. Why would I gain pure fat when it's a deficit.

That taco bell protein burrito is pretty legit. You can get it with steak or chicken and avocado, black beans, etc.

Well Im not sure how big you are or how much you weigh, but Im not small and 200g of carb is ALOT for me. Didnt realize that would still put you at a deficit.
