What's best credit card to get?

Company is moving away from co issued cards and requiring us to get our own.. They'll reimburse.
I haven't owned a card in 10 years.

See how silly that sounds... thats basically what you just did. There is no one size fits all credit card just as there is no one size fits all vehicle

I have the Discover It card that I really like. I've had mine for a little over two months and already have 60$ in cash back. 1% on everything and 5% on rotating quarterly categories.
This is my first true rewards based CC so I imagine as I get older I'll realize how to fine tune it with other ones, but this does just fine for now.

Neither do any of us.
There's numerous threads in here asking the same situation. Sorry if I come off a little rude, but you give zero details about spending amounts, your credit score, what you are comfortable with, etc.
It would be similar to popping in on the food board and starting a thread and asking "What is the best meal?"
