Measured in feet? Surely we don't have nearly 3000 yards of offense yet...

And we're one of the worst on 3rd down. That has to change. That means you have to make the right calls on 1st and 2nd down.

I know, freaking rocket science.

We have been pretty good on 1st down, oddly enough. I am not sure what happens on 2nd down though.

Why would someone down vote a stat posting?

I think it speaks volumes to our goal to be balanced

Fournette has 500 yards and change rushing with 6 Tds

Dural has 640 plus receiving with 6 Tds

I'd imagine that we are even lower in passing attempts.. #119 in attempts/game actually

Who would have thought that we pass the ball less than Arkansas and the same amount as Wisconsin

Balance is when you attempt each type of play equally...not get the same number of yards.

At some point, we are going to need more plays throwing the ball. I think be beat Kentucky doing what we did vs. Florida.

I imagine at least 50 of those runs were called passes that the qb got sacked or scrambled.

On Second down we get a penalty or we run the same play, sometimes on the opposite side of the previous play, and gain no yards or lose one or two.

The funny thing is, minus Ole Miss and Bama's run defense, the rest of the schedule has worse SEC defenses than we have played.

The OL is improving, we've settled on a workhorse back, and some of the better defensive players are getting the most play time. If we could get any sense of a competent pass game (60%+ cmp 8+ ypa) we become a dangerous team.

QBs have got to step it up at least a little.
